HID Golights: Golight remote controlled spotlights with high intensity discharge (HID) lights, offer a 35 watt HID alternative to the standard 65 watt halogen bulbs.  With half the amperage draw, a 35 watt HID light source will increase the working beam length from 800 feet to 1900 feet.  We also position the bulb to tighten the beam at distance as well.  This improves the funtionality of the light for boating and off road applications.  Casting is a notorious problem, where light that diffuses from a wider beam blocks the operators' view beyond the position of the light.  By tightening the beam, the Golight HID light is more effective for boating and vehicles and heavy equipment by extending the beam distance, reducing amp draw and reducing the "casting" effect of a broader spot beam.

Plastic, Universal Handcuff Key as a Concealable, Backup Handcuff Key - Summary
This is the original patented universal handcuff key.  Used as a backup handcuff key, this non-metallic key is the size and shape of a quarter, disguising it so it does not appear to be a key.  Made from a specialty composite for lightweight durability and flexibility, this universal handcuff key can be hidden behind shirt or pant buttons, beneath watches, beneath mace cans and in and around footwear. 
Specifically designed for the US Special Forces and elite federal law enforcement units, this undetectable backup handcuff key can be removed from behind buttons, watches, etc. and used to unlock cuffs with one hand.  THIS UNIVERSAL BACKUP KEY OPENS ALL CUFFS.
This universal handcuff key is specially configured to hang on the threads that hold buttons on shirts and pants.  Once the shirt or pants are buttoned normally, the key is not visible nor is it easily found during search.  We produce this concealable, universal handcuff key in black, green, white and tan to further its concealability on a wide variety of military and law enforcement uniforms as well as civilian clothing.  
Once the key is silently removed from one of several possible hiding spots, a thumb and index finger can be used to twist the universal key from its flat, round holding ring via a built in hinge system.  Once free from the retaining ring, the user can unlock the cuffs using the key with the same thumb and index finger.

Universal Handcuff Key - Long Description and Analysis of Functionality
Designed as a round and flat molded device not readily identifiable as a handcuff key, this universal handcuff key can be hidden under a wrist watch or behind a standard shirt button of a law enforcement button of a law enforcement officer of security person and which can be silently retrieved and utilized by separating the key portion from the surrounding molded support ring structure with the use of the thumb, index finger and middle finger.
 
In general, manufacturers of handcuffs include a standard "L" shaped metal handcuff key with each new set of handcuffs. A standard handcuff key is universal in the way it works and can have a longer or shorter locking pin, a longer or shorter shank with a deeper or shallower barrel, but are usually configured to be carried on a key chain. When carried on a typical key chain in the pocket, the sharp edges of the tumbler and pin can snag clothing and gouge the body. Furthermore, such a key is also visible and readily identifiable as a handcuff key.  Unlike this plastic handcuff key, all other handcuff keys are made from metal and are detected with a metal detector.  This universal handcuff key is manufactured by injection molding out of a thermoplastic polymer material.

This universal handcuff key is made for easy concealment but can be readily accessible for emergency use. The small circular and flat construction allows it to be hidden under a wrist watch or behind a standard shirt button. The overall size and configuration is critical to the effectiveness of this inventive universal handcuff key. When this universal handcuff key is used as intended, law enforcement or security personnel cannot be restrained with their own handcuffs, whether behind their back or around an object, since the universal handcuff key is intended to be stored and hidden in an accessible manner.

Due to the specific configuration of the universal handcuff key, it can be hidden under a standard wrist watch or can alternatively be worn behind a standard shirt button such as those employed by law enforcement officers or security personnel and can be used for emergency back-up purposes due to the concealed nature. A piece of double sided tape or clear silicone may be employed to permit affixing this concealable handcuff key more securely to the back side of a standard wrist watch.

The key portion includes a gripping portion which includes two opposed indented surfaces. Emanating from the gripping portion in the left-hand direction is the key barrel having the tumbler. The barrel includes a generally cylindrical recess or blind bore having a closed wall and an opening.

Extending in the right-hand direction from the gripping portion is a locking pin that is employed, as is customary, to initiate the "cuff lock" function of a typical pair of handcuffs so that the handcuffs cannot be closed further once placed on a detainee.

In either an emergency situation when the law enforcement officer or security person has been handcuffed or during regular detainee use, this key is easily and silently removed from under the wrist watch by pushing it out or alternatively removing it from behind a standard shirt button, shirt cuff button, pant button or clothing tag. Once removed from the concealed location, the key portion is bent out by way of two flexible support hinges attached to the surrounding support portions to a skewed position between 45 and 90 degrees from the plane of the support portions by applying opposing and concurrent pressures against both the key portion and the support portions with the thumb against the key and both the index finger and the middle finger of the same hand on the opposite side of the support portions. The support portions combine together to form a support ring made up of first and second arcuate ring portions.  The key will separate from the retaining ring once bent to a 45 or 90 degree angle.  

The key portion is then grasped by the thumb and index finger on the concave surfaces of the gripping portion, and the key barrel and tumbler are inserted into the handcuffs. All manipulations, i.e., removal, bending out of the key and insertion into the handcuffs, can be done easily with one hand.

The small optional locking pin located at the rear of the handcuff key is used to initiate the "cuff lock" function of the handcuffs so that the handcuffs cannot be closed further once placed on a detainee.

This universal handcuff key is manufactured from thermoplastic materials polyester, for lightweight, maximum stiffness and strength to weight ratio, resistance to corrosion and non-metallic, non-magnetic properties. This material provides an optimum balance of properties including stiffness and flexural strength in the key barrel and tumbler with flexibility in the hinges and critical dimensional stability and surface smoothness for ease of insertion into and opening of the handcuff lock.
Universal "plastic" handcuff key opens all brand of cuffs.  Flat, round shape conceals its purpose as a handcuff key.  Made from thermoplastic resin blend, this durable, lightweight handcuff key evades metal detectors and can be hidden behind shirt and pant buttons or siliconed beneath watches and mace cans. 
In the event that military or law enforcement personnel are trapped in a pair of handcuffs or related restraints, they can silently and remove these universal handcuff keys hidden on their uniforms.  Using their thumb and index finger on one hand, they can silently twist out the universal cuff key from its retaining ring and unlock the cuffs.  While slightly larger than a nickel the unique design of this universal handcuff key enables the user to secure the cuff key behind buttons on any type of clothing, while buttoning the clothing normally over top the key.  The extremely lightweight form factor does not show on the clothing, nor does it create any telling ripples or wrinkles in the clothing. 
The exact size of the unit matches the back of many watches, including the Timex Iron Man and the Casio G-Shock watches.  Users can silicone the key to the back of the watch.  The key blends with the shape, size and material of these watches, so its presence is seamless and undetectable. 
The special material blend is critical to the function of this universal key.  The cuff key is lightweight and durable enough to be used as a daily cuff key.  However, the key itself can be easily and silently removed from its retaining ring with a single index finger and thumb.   This "plastic" handcuff key works on all brands of handcuffs. 
Existing users of the handcuff key usually wear between 4 and 12 keys on their person.  In various test situations, various searches by seasoned law enforcement personnel typically only finds a few of the keys.

Infrared LED Lights:

Infrared (IR) emitters use a patent pending LED and reflector combination to provide a high powered, covert IR light source for vehicles, heavy equipment and security applications.  IR emitters enhance night vision capabilities for military personnel as well. 
 
Each infrared light bar is manufactured with an extruded aluminum housing, machined aluminum mounts and stainless steel hardware for strength, durability and weather resistance. 

Low profile LED Light Bars are perfect for mounting in tight spaces where traditional lights would not fit or where larger format lights would block mounted equipment.

These Infrared Emitter Light Bars come standard with flat surface and tube mounts and rubber shock isolators. Each mount slides along the lower extrusion to match any existing mounting holes and it allows for horizontal and vertical adjustment.

Magnalight IR emitter bar are available in 850nm or 940nm.  Unlike IR filter covers which reduce some percentage of the light energy projected, all the light energy produced from this IR emitter bar is utilized.  The LEDs produce non-visible light that emits light energy above 850nm or 940 nm.

Magnalight emitter bars are unique because of the patent pending technology that pairs a reflector with each LED.  Typically LEDs are mounted against a surface and "glow".  This glow is often effective at close range, but the light energy drops off rapidly.  By pairing each LED with a reflector, the emitted light energy is projected outward, so that the "drop off" in light energy does not occur until much greater distances.  Like all reflector technology, the amount of light energy projected is directly proportional to the shape and material of the reflector, as well as the thickness and composition of the lens.  This IR emitter produces a wide spot pattern (or a modified spot pattern) which falls in between a narrow spot and a flood pattern.

Magnetic Mount Golight Remote Control Lights:

Golight Stryker wireless remote control spotlight with magnetic base and Golight Stryker wireless remote control searchlight with magnetic base.  Golight remote controlled spotlights have 360 degrees of motorized rotation and 140 degrees of motorized tilt.  Each Golight remote control spotlight includes a handheld and/or dash mount wired and/or wireless remote control effective to 150 feet.  Golight Stryker remote controlled searchlights feature a 5 inch diameter magnet with 200 pounds of magnetic grip.  Golight Radioray remote control lights have a magnetic shoe with 40 pounds of magnetic grip.  These Golight remote control lights are available a 16 foot outdoor rated 16 AWG cord and Safco cigarette plug, 21 foot cord with battery ring terminals or 21 foot cord with spring battery clamps, 10 foot coil cord with cigarette plug, 16 foot cord with 4,5 or 6 prong trailer plugs. Flood Light Golight Remote Control Lights:

Golight Remote Control Flood Lights.  Golight wireless remote controlled flood lights.  Larson Electronics Magnalight converts the Golight Stryker wireless remote controlled spotlights and Golight Radioray radio controlled spotlights into floodlights.  Golight flood lights are effective for dispersing a lot of light within a shorter distance.  This application is ideal for RVs, work trucks and wherever the operator needs to illuminate a work area close at hand. 

Typically, the Golight remote control spotlights are ideal for seeing objects at distance to 800 feet.  These floodlights are effective at illuminating a much wider area 60 feet wide by 70 foot in length.  Golight flood lights are also ideal for emergency work efforts, etc. since workers can look back towards the light without getting the blinding effects often associated with looking directly into a spotlight.  Golight remote control spotlights are designed to project light at distance, while the Golight flood light is designed to flood a work area, close to the light source, with light.

Permanent mount Golight remote control spotlights bolt to the surface of a vehicle, boat or equipment via 3 (Golight Styker wireless remote control spotlight) or 4 bolts (Golight Radioray remote control spotlight).  Each remote control spotlight has a 1 foot power wire for attachment to existing wiring harness or user provided 16 AWG wire extension to the fuse box and/or battery. Each remote control spotlight draws 5.5 amps, including .5 amp to power the motorized rotation and tilt of the remote controlled spotlight beam and 5 amps to power the spotlight beam. Each remote operated spotlight has 360 degrees of motorized rotation and 140 degrees of motorized tilt.

All Golight remote control spotlights feature multi-million adjusted retail candlepower power.  The bases are approximately 5 inches square and the Golights need an area 7 inches X 7 inches X 7 inches to operate.

Golight Stanchion Mount Boat Lights: Golight remote control searchlights with 6 inch and 12 inch stanchion mount with Perko mount socket base.  Golight navigation lights and Golight boat lights.   Each Golight boat light ships with a Perko socket, which is mounted at the bow of the boat.  Many boats already have a Perko socket installed.  The Golight stanchion is placed into the socket and a twist lock collar secures the Golight in place.  The light rotates 370 degrees and tilts 140 degrees.  The red/green running lights are always lit when the light is in place, but the operator uses a wireless handheld remote control to turn the spotlight on and off and control the rotation and tilt of the spotlight.

24 Volt Golight Remote Control Lights:

24 Volt DC Golight Stryker wireless remote control spotlights (Golight wireless remote control searchlights), including Golight Stryker remote control spotlights with magnetic base, 16 foot cord and cigarette plug. 24 volt Golight remote lights have a step down board the converts 24 volt current to 12 volt current.  All of the components in the Golight are 12 volt, including motors, bulbs, etc. Several of the 24 volt units have had the wireless board removed completely to ensure no conflict with other communications devices and IED detectors in military application 

Unique to Larson Electronics Magnalight, we adapt 24 volt Golight Stryker remote control spotlights, adding a 200 pound grip magnetic base and various cords and plugs.  Plugs include cigarette plug, battery clamps, Hubbell connectors, trailer connectors, 10 foot coil cord with cigarette plug and 3/8 inch battery ring terminals.

Golight Radioray Lights: Golight Radioray spotlights and Golight Radioray flood lights are stable, proven motorized remote control spotlights.  Golight Radioray lights have wired and wireless remote controllers and come with a 3 year warranty.  Golight Radioray lights come in white or black and are mounted permanently, magnetically or on a stanchion post.  Golight Radioray spotlights and flood lights can be run on 12 volts or 24 volts.

Golight Stryker Lights:

Golight Stryker spotlights and Golight Stryker flood lights are sleeker and brighter than Golight Radioray models.  Moreover, Golight Stryker motorized remote control spotlights also offer more ergonomic, weatherproof remote controls for handheld and surface mounts.  The remote controls operate on wireless radio frequencies or via wire harness.  Golight Strykers have permanent, magnetic and stanchion mount options.  Golight Strykers have 5 year warranties and operate on 12 volts and 24 volts, depending on the model.  Golights Strykers come in white, black and chrome colors. 

Golight Strykers differ from Golight Radiorays in 4 ways.  The Golight Stryker is a newer, sleeker design.  Golight Strykers are easier to mount via a removable, interlocking mounting plate.  The motors in the Golight Stryker have a higher torque rating and there is a greater range of speed difference between the fast and slow mode on the Golight Stryker.  Finally, the Golight Stryker has a higher candlepower rating producing a working beam that is 150 feet longer than the Golight Radioray models.
