12 Volt Flood Lights: 12 volt flood lights are designed to produce a wide area, soft light pattern that illuminates a work area. 12 volt flood lights do not form tight beams that project at distance. More commonly used as work area lights on vehicles, heavy equipment, loading docks and construction areas, 12 volt flood lights are effective because they are portable and use 12 volt vehicle power. 12 volt batteries are readily available when vehicles are not available.
